I'm Henri, and D'Asie Express is my family's kitchen. I take care of everything that happens on your side: delivery, set-up, pick-up. Everything is cooked the same morning.
The menu is built around your budget: two proposals to choose from.
What we cook
Curries: kari, mango, massaman and vegetable curry, with chicken or tofu and white rice.
Stir-fries: vegetable fried rice and stir-fried noodles, with chicken, pork or tofu.
Bites: chicken nems, fresh pork spring rolls, shrimp fritters, char siu pork buns.
Laab-kai and mango salads, and desserts such as coconut pearls.

Three ways to serve it
As a sharing buffet: dishes in the middle, everyone helps themselves. A proper team meal.
As individual meals: one labelled portion per person, for a meeting or a training day.
As bites, for a cocktail party or after-work drinks.

I deliver and set up the trays on food warmers, each dish with its label.
After the meal, I come back for all the equipment. Nobody on your side has anything to tidy up.
For every order
- You receive two menus and a quote within 48 hours.
- The kitchen cooks your menu on the morning of the meal.
- I take all the equipment back. Nobody on your side has anything to tidy up.
- A fully vegetarian version is always available.
- The curries, the fried rice and the stir-fried noodles have a halal option, on request.
- The allergens in each dish (the 14 regulated allergens) are given to you in writing, free of charge, on request, before you order, and repeated at delivery. Recipes can change from one order to the next: please mention any allergy before ordering.
- I deliver to offices across the 19 municipalities of Brussels, and around Brussels on request.

Vietnamese or Thai?
Both, in the same menu. The menu mixes curries, nems, stir-fries and salads: I put the menu together with you, around your budget.
Who cooks?
My family's kitchen, D'Asie Express, prepares your menu the same morning. For some volumes, the quote names the kitchen that prepares it. I deliver, set up and pick up.
Can we have vegetarian and halal options?
A fully vegetarian version is always available, and several dishes have a halal option, on request. Vegetarian, halal and allergies, in detail.
What about allergies?
The allergens in each dish (the 14 regulated allergens) are given to you in writing, free of charge, on request, before you order. For a severe allergy, call me before ordering.
How much does it cost?
From €24 per person, with a €250 minimum per order. Tell me your budget and the number of people, and I put together two menus around it.
