How your team meal works
I'm Henri, and D'Asie Express is my family's kitchen. I take care of everything that happens on your side: delivery, set-up, pick-up. Everything is cooked the same morning.
The five steps
You give me the basics
A date, the number of people, dietary needs and your budget. One message or one call is enough.
For diets and allergies, give a number of people per diet, without names.
Two menus, a quote within 48 hours
I put together two proposals around your budget. You choose.
The same morning
The kitchen cooks your menu on the morning of the meal.
Before I set off, I check the order: the quantities and the dietary needs.
Before your guests arrive
I deliver and set up the trays on food warmers, each dish with its label.

Delivery
Kept hot, labelled
The table, set up
After the meal
I take all the equipment back. Nobody on your side has anything to tidy up.
On site
Do you also deliver individual portions?
Yes: lunch at the office, hot or cold, as individual portions. Each portion comes in a pot, labelled, ready to hand out.
Do we need a dedicated room or a kitchen?
No. The trays go on food warmers, on a meeting table or in a kitchenette. I adapt to the space you have, and everything leaves after the meal.
Who sets up and who clears away?
I do. I deliver, set up before your guests arrive, and come back to take all the equipment after the meal.
Do you bring the equipment and cutlery?
The food warmers and cutlery come with the meal, and I take them back afterwards. For plates and napkins, tell me what you need when you ask for your quote.
Are the dishes labelled?
Yes: every dish has a label with its name.
The allergens in each dish are given to you in writing, free of charge, on request, before you order, and repeated at delivery.
Diets and allergies
How do you handle diets and allergies?
You tell me your team's dietary needs before ordering, and the menu adapts. A fully vegetarian version is always available.
The allergens in each dish are given to you in writing, free of charge, on request, before you order, and repeated at delivery. Recipes can change from one order to the next: please mention any allergy before ordering.
The same kitchen prepares, among others, dishes with gluten (wheat), peanuts, cashew nuts, sesame, shrimp and egg. For a severe allergy, call me before ordering.
Do you offer halal dishes?
Yes, on request: the curries, the fried rice and the stir-fried noodles have a halal option. Mention it when you ask for your quote.

Timing and price
How far in advance should we ask?
The quote goes out within 48 hours. The earlier I know the date, the wider the menu choice. If it is soon, call me on a weekday between 11am and 4.30pm and we will see what is possible.
How much does it cost?
From €24 per person, with a €250 minimum per order. Tell me your budget and the number of people, and I put together two menus around it.
Before your first order
Who are you?
Henri Lu Vinh. I handle your order from start to finish: the quote, delivery, set-up and taking the equipment back. The cooking is done in my family's kitchen: D'Asie Express.
We already have a caterer.
No problem, I do not ask for exclusivity. Try me for your next meeting and compare, without changing anything that already works.

Your date, the number of people, dietary needs and your budget: that is all I need. You receive two menus and a quote within 48 hours.
