Team meals: halal, vegetarian and allergies

A team is rarely one single diet. You tell me the diets before ordering, and the menu adapts.

Cooked the same morning, delivered, set up, cleared away. Every dish arrives with its label.

A tray of vegetable and tofu curry on its burner.

Vegetarian: always possible

A fully vegetarian version is always possible. Mention it when you ask for your quote.

The curries are made with tofu, and the fried rice and the stir-fried noodles with vegetables. There are also stir-fried vegetables in the house sauce with cashew nuts.

If only part of the team is vegetarian, the menu is built around both.

Halal: an option, on request

The curries, the fried rice and the stir-fried noodles have a halal option, on request.

On the menu, these dishes are marked (H). Tell me how many people are concerned when you ask for your quote.

Allergies: allergens in writing, on request

Every dish arrives with its label, with its name.

The allergens in each dish (the 14 regulated allergens) are given to you in writing, free of charge, on request, before you order, and repeated at delivery. Recipes can change from one order to the next: please mention any allergy before ordering.

The same kitchen prepares, among others, dishes with gluten (wheat), peanuts, cashew nuts, sesame, shrimp and egg. For a severe allergy, call me before ordering.

How to tell me the diets

What should I tell you?

A number of people per diet or allergy, without names. For example: 6 vegetarian, 2 halal, 1 peanut allergy.

Why without names?

An allergy linked to a named person is health data. I do not need to know who, only how many.

How do I collect the diets in my team?

One question is enough: “Vegetarian, halal, allergy, or nothing in particular?” Ask it as soon as the date is set: the earlier I know the date and the diets, the wider the menu choice.

Your questions

What about a severe allergy?

Call me before ordering, on a weekday between 11am and 4.30pm, on +32 498 72 63 96: we will see together what is possible.

Are the dishes labelled?

Yes: every dish has a label with its name. The allergens are given to you in writing, free of charge, on request, before you order, and repeated at delivery.

How far in advance should we ask?

The quote goes out within 48 hours. The earlier I know the date, the wider the menu choice. If it is soon, call me on a weekday between 11am and 4.30pm and we will see what is possible.

How much does it cost?

From €24 per person, with a €250 minimum per order. Tell me your budget and the number of people, and I put together two menus around it.
