Lunar New Year at the office a Vietnamese team meal for Tết
Tết is the Vietnamese Lunar New Year, on the same day as Chinese New Year. In 2027 it falls on Saturday 6 February: at the office, the simplest is to celebrate it in the days before.
I'm Henri, and D'Asie Express is my family's kitchen. For the New Year, a sharing banquet: cooked the same morning, delivered, set up, cleared away.

A sharing banquet
Dishes in the middle of the table, everyone helps themselves: the simplest way to celebrate the New Year with a team.
Curries, fried rice, stir-fried noodles, laab-kai and mango salads, and bites: nems, spring rolls, dim sum.

In an international team, some colleagues celebrate the Lunar New Year with their families, others discover it: a shared meal brings everyone together.
A team lunch, a department meeting, a reception at the end of the day: the meal fits the moment you choose.
Set up, then cleared away
I deliver and set up before the meal, on a meeting table or in a kitchenette.
After the meal, I come back for all the equipment. Nobody on your side has anything to tidy up.
For every meal
- You receive two menus and a quote within 48 hours.
- The kitchen cooks your menu on the morning of the meal.
- I take all the equipment back. Nobody on your side has anything to tidy up.
- A fully vegetarian version is always available.
- The curries, the fried rice and the stir-fried noodles have a halal option, on request.
- The allergens in each dish (the 14 regulated allergens) are given to you in writing, free of charge, on request, before you order, and repeated at delivery. Recipes can change from one order to the next: please mention any allergy before ordering.
- I deliver to offices across the 19 municipalities of Brussels, and around Brussels on request.

Which day should we celebrate?
Tết falls on Saturday 6 February 2027. At the office, the simplest is to celebrate it in the days before, for example Friday 5 February.
A meal or a reception?
Both work: the sharing banquet for a lunch, canapés and a standing buffet for a reception at the end of the day.
Can we have vegetarian and halal options?
A fully vegetarian version is always available, and several dishes have a halal option, on request. Vegetarian, halal and allergies, in detail.
How far in advance should we ask?
The quote goes out within 48 hours. The earlier I know the date, the wider the menu choice. If it is soon, call me on a weekday between 11am and 4.30pm and we will see what is possible.
How much does it cost?
From €24 per person, with a €250 minimum per order. Tell me your budget and the number of people, and I put together two menus around it.
